Our ICE (In Case of Emergency Card) provides you with a detailed card which contains your details & the contact details for up to two emergency contacts. You can provide as much or as little information as you like but it is possible to provide: - Your full name - Date of birth - Address - Two emergency contact names & contact numbers. Your medical condition(s) can be printed in bold black text on the front of the card. In Case of Emergency is also printed in a red box at the top of the card. This card is the same size as your credit or debit card so it will easily fit into your wallet / pocket or one of our Made in Britain ID Card Holders.
