This unique pair of Maison Bagus Chinoiserie end tables was created in the early 1940s with solid bamboo shaped bronze structure & a Chinese decor lacquered top picturing birds & butterflies on a flowered tree. This table is typical of the Chinese inspired neoclassical work of Maison Bagus in the 1940s, & offers a timeless, sophisticated look, with plenty of amazing details. The bronze structure has been fully cleaned & polished, & has a beautiful patina, while the Chinese lacquer tops have been fully revarnished. These tables are now found in an amazing condition.
