Children 12 years and older Instructions for use: Hold the blue band on the tube between your thumb and index finger. Hold the bottom of the handle with your other hand and snap the tube open. Remove the cotton swab. Apply Nasal AllClear™ Nasal Cleanser and twist just inside the first nostril. Wash. Do not place the swab more than 1/4 inch beyond the opening of your nasal passages. Dip the swab back into the unfolded tube and mix to re-saturate. Repeat the same sequence for the second nostril. Use it whenever you need it.
