This 15cm model is ideal as a fun-sized cheesecake tin, or for baking fluffy sponges or rich fruit cakes. Like all of Masterclass's best-selling, award-winning bakeware, this small cake tin is made of warp-resistant, 1mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It's finished with a double layer of the quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. All Masterclass springform cake tins are PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
