So, no matter your skin type, you will benefit from using sunscreen. HOW TO USE Use sun protection every time you are in the sun. Apply sunscreen 10-15 minutes before going out in the sun. Remember to reapply sunscreen after swimming to prevent getting sunburnt. Apply sunscreen several times a day to ensure that your sunscreen is fully effective. The sun's rays are strongest between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Therefore, make sure to always apply enough sunscreen - and even better, avoid being exposed to the direct sun - during this period.
