Mounting is easy and doesn't require any tools. The pasta maker includes a detachable cutter to make three varieties of pasta: lasagne, fettuccini and tagliatelle. An adjustment dial allows the pasta to be produced in up to six thicknesses. The detachable wooden handle allows for easy storage.For making different types of pasta like spaghetti or pappardelle simply replace the standard cutter by the appropriate cutter attachment (to be purchased separately).
