The Evide Sonnant (Hidden Sounding) cut throat razor is unique to Thiers-Issard the artisan makers of some of the worlds finest cut throat razors and accessories. This version has a 5/8ths of an inch wide blade and off-white coloured scales.\nThe blade benefits from a splendidly intricate etch which reads 'Rasior Francais, Evide Sonnant Extra, Garanti', roughly translated this means 'Silent Sound, Extra, Guaranteed'.\nThe blade is forged from 100% Sheffield carbon steel 'C135'. The razor has anti-slip machine-tooled serrations on the bottom and top of the tang and the tang is marked 'Thiers Issard Made in France' with the Thiers Issard crown logo.\nThis razor comes with a Thiers-Issard branded real leather pouch.\nHandmade in France, the old fashioned way.\n\n
