1) Whisk Easy Egg, water and oil in a medium bowl until blended ( it should look a bit thicker than beaten eggs) 2) Spray large non-stick skillet or pan with oil. Heat over medium heat until hot. Pour in egg mixture. 3) Ass eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds. Continue cooking, lifting and folding eggs until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. 4) Remove from hear. Serve immediately.
